Identified - AWS North Virginia region is having some major issues across multiple services.
From our chat perspective, following are the key impacts.
Push notification is not working
Webhooks are working from our end, but multiple customers are having increased 500 errors and not able to handle the traffic.
New nodes / pods are not able to spin-up properly
On our end, we prevented shutting down all the existing nodes regardless of traffic so that we have some buffer when the traffic comes back, but if the traffic increases as normal and AWS isn't able to address it by that time, we might be facing more issues.
We are looking into more workarounds on our end and will update you as we continue to look into this.
